Reschedule / Cancellation / Delay

  1. Any cancellation/rescheduling has to be informed 3 days (72 hours) in advance. If failed to do so, a penalty fee of 50% will be imposed. No future bookings will be entertained.
  2. Any cancellation/reschedule/absent/no reply on the same day booking, 100% cleaning fees will be charged.
  3. Any delay/extra time/lateness/absent of 15-30 minutes will be surcharged RM25. More than 30- 60 minutes will be surcharged RM50. If you’re late, no extra time will be added back unless surcharge penalty is paid and based on availability.
  4. Please allow cleaner to leave on time once duration ends. No extra time is allowed. Surcharge No.3 above will be applied.
  5. Please inform the security guard in advance if you are staying in a condo/apartment to avoid any issues/delay. If the delay is caused by your security guards/management, no extra time will be added.
  6. Please apply for working permit from management in advance if you are staying in a condo/apartment to avoid any issues/delay/cancellation. If the management don't allow cleaners to enter because you didn't apply for permit, you will need to pay the full amount. No reschedule will be given.

 

Driver Late due - Weather & Traffic

  1. Driver could be late due to unforeseen weather & traffic delays. We will add back the time to your cleaning session. Example: Cleaning session is at 12pm-2pm but driver arrived at 12.20pm. So cleaning session will start from 12.20pm-2.20pm. Please understand that we cannot predict and foresee the traffic & weather circumstances.

Payment / Pricing / Services

  1. There will be surcharge of RM20 to RM50 for KL area and other locations (Tropicana Golf & Country Club, Tropicana, Ara Damansara, Kota Damansara, Desa Park City, Kepong, Bandar Sri Damansara, Mont Kiara, Bangsar, Desa Sri Hartamas, Kuala Lumpur, Subang/Sunway, Puchong, Old Klang Road, Bukit Gasing, Damansara Heights, OUG, Sungai Buloh). We specialized in covering Petaling Jaya (Damansara) area.
  2. Cleaning tools surcharge of +RM30 per session. Once paid, cleaning tools provided are: vacuum, mop, pail, brush,cloth and cleaning detergent per session. We do not provide toilet bowl brush, broom & plastic bag. Please special request 1-3 days in advance if need cleaning tools. This won’t be provided unless special requested is made in advance.
  3. Ladder surcharge of +RM10 to RM20 per session. Please special request 1-3 days in advance if need ladder, this won’t be provided unless special requested is made in advance.
  4. Payment is in cash to our cleaner or driver. Please pay after service.
  5. Strictly no credit terms, no delay of payment. Payment is done right after service. If fail to do so, no future bookings will be entertained and will be reported to the police immediately.
  6. Any delays or postponements of payments will result in a penalty fee of +RM30-RM100.

  8. All of our prices are fixed and transparently stated on our website HERE. No negotiation is allowed. We do not entertain such request. We quote and charge exactly as per the price stated on our website HERE.

Prepare Cleaning Tools

  1. Kindly prepare the following cleaning tools if you did not add RM30 cleaning tools surcharge: vacuum, wiping cloth, brushes/sponges, mop & pail, cleaning detergent/soap, addtional RM10 to RM20 for ladder.
  2. Quik Clean will not be held responsible if your vacuum or cleaning tools is spoiled/broken during the cleaning session. Please take into consideration of wear & tear and condition of your cleaning tools. This is at your own risk. No refund will be given.
  3. Quik Clean will not be held responsible if your home is not clean enough because of the cleaning tools that you have provided is not complete or missing. Example: You did not provided vacuum or cleaning detergent or brush.

 

Cleaning Duration Required Guideline

  1. The amount of hours needed to clean your home can be referred to this home sizing (sqft) guideline: HERE Please request the hours accordingly to this guide. If you do not follow this guide, we would not be held accountable if your home can’t be cleaned on time. Please refer to: basic home clean, basic office clean, move in/out cleaning, deep cleaning section.
  2. We do not guarantee your house will be 100% cleaned. Please do not expect your house will be like a new house you just bought. We do not entertain such request. Cleaner will try their best efforts. If you do not agree to this, please cancel your booking.
  3. We do not guarantee old stains / stubbron stains / burn stains / oil stains / grout / algae at area such as hood and hob, oven, fridge, drain, toilet, kitchen, balcony can be removed 100%. Cleaner will try their best efforts. If you do not agree to this, please cancel your booking.

 

Security & Safety

  1. Kindly keep your valuables/belongings locked & secured. You are allowed to check the cleaner's bag after the cleaning is completed. Any missing valuables/belongings must be reported to us within 24 hours. Any later, your complaints won’t be entertained.
  2. Please keep your valuable items somewhere safe and locked. Quik Clean Services will not be held accountable & responsible for any items damaged/broken/lost during cleaning session.
  3. Quik Clean Services will not be held accountable & responsible for any items damaged/broken during cleaning session. This is at your own risk. No refund will be given.
  4. Please treat our cleaners with respect. Any abuse/mistreat/rude will be reported to the police immediately and no future bookings will be entertained.
  5. Any direct hire/recruitment/theft of our cleaners, will be reported to the police immediately and no future bookings will be entertained.

 

Restriction

  1. Washing cars/clothes/gardening/cooking are strictly prohibited. Taking care of your baby/child, senior citizen/elderly & pets (grooming, bathing, cleaning) are strictly prohibited as well.
  2. Cleaners are not allowed to mop the floor using their hands/legs. Mopping the floor is by using the mop stick.
  3. Cleaners are strictly not allowed to clean the exterior of the houses or anywhere which are dangerous/high and places that can potentially cause harm to their well being/health. For examples: roof of the house, windows that are high, exteriors walls of the house, exterior windows of the house, balcony without barriers, fireplace, toxic/poisonous locations/areas and hazardous kitchen. Cleaners are stictly not allowed to climb out to the exterior of the house.
  4. Please do not use our cleaning tools. (Example: Vacuum/mop, etc) for your own usage. Only cleaners are allowed to use Quik Clean's cleaning tools. You will be held responsible to pay the full cost amount if there is any damaged/lost found.

 

Special Request

  1. Please inform us of any special cleaning request 48 hours in advance. Ex: Focus on old stains on the floor, algae on mirror, dirt on floor, etc.
  2. Please inform us 48 hours in advance if you need ladder or cleaning tools and etc. RM30 surcharge for cleaning tools and RM10 to RM20 surcharge for ladder.

 

Important Remarks

  1. Once you booked our cleaning service, we expect you to read the terms & conditions and agree to it. If you do not agree, please cancel your booking right away.
  2. If you are unsatisfied with our service, kindly inform us within 24 hours. Any later, your complaint won’t be entertained.
  3. We reserve the right to cancel your booking any time without any prior notice and take action against you if found to violate any of our terms & conditions.
  4. We reserve the right in our absolute discretion to refuse any booking without specifying a reason.
  5. All bookings are based on a first come first basic upon booking confirmation.
  6. Special request for specific person/cleaner are based on availability.
  7. We do not provide cleaning services to hostels, camps, homestays, that are occupied by foreign general workers due to safety reasons.
  8. We do not entertain any customers that are rude / disrespectful / inappropriate / spammer / unreasonable / demanding / abusive / uses vulgar language/ fussy / argumentative / inconsiderate. Your booking will be cancelled immediately and you will be blacklisted & blocked in our system.
  9. No refund will be given once payment is made for cleaning service.
  10. No refund will be given if you are not satisfied with the cleaning. Please inform us and sent pictures as evidence. We will investigate and clarify with the cleaners responsible.
  11. Quik Clean Services will not be held accountable & responsible for any items damaged/broken/lost during the cleaning session. This is at your own risk. No refund will be given.
  12. We do not guarantee your house will be 100% cleaned. Please do not expect your house will be like a new house you just bought. We do not entertain such request. Cleaner will try their best efforts. If you do not agree to this, please cancel your booking.

You hereby state that you have fully read all the terms and conditions stated herein, understood the same and accept the same as binding on you when you make this booking. If you do not agree to it, please cancel right away.
